Classic and convenient hotel

A good location for money exchange, shopping and lots bus stops around. The staff was friendly and allowed us to leave luggages there before the check-in time.

A disabled pathway was available on the other side of the building, it would be better to have another one on the main road, where currently only provides stairs.

Nice hotel in Jeju City

Good location, great value, daily roomkeeping, very nice view from 9th floor, amazing bathroom.

AC not working Power outlets very wonky, only 1 worked properly.

Very good location

The location is Superb, many restaurants nearby, the fried chicken next to the hotel is highly recommended. We took a bus from Jeju airport and it stopped in front of Maison Glad Jeju bus stop, Asia Hotel is just a few steps away. Besides, this hotel provides free car parking and wifi is great. I was happy with the stay.

The only problem is that the toilet is a bit smelly, i think air ventilation is not very good inside the toilet.

Be ready for a parking adventure..

Rooms are good size, be mindful they do t have the added on accessories like other hotels, location is quiet but near enough for food and basic shopping. Location would only be suitable if you had a car in terms of exploring the island.

When we arrived we immediately asked about an iron, after being told no, and that they were all on hire, when we explained we had a WEDDING the next morning suddenly they had one available immediately. Helpful but had to really push to get support. Parking is stressful, the parking attendants definitely know what they are doing, however with no English, it's a lot of yelling and we found it really stressful with the tight spots and getting instructions screamed at us.

Reccomend this hotel

Everything was great, except some small issues listed below.

No toothpaste and toothbrushes (guess the hotel cares about not producing waste). Wall sockets are a bit loose to fit EU chargers. It'd be great to add paper "Clean my room / Do not disturb" signs, as the electronic ones don't work when there is no one in the room.

Highly recommend this place, value for money!

it was clean, spacious & convenient. even though we had a do not disturb sign on, staff made sure to leave new towels & water bottles outside our door.

there were no toothbrushes provided and the socket above the bed was not working.

Wonderful

Really spacious room, friendly staff, and the hotel is near many restaurants and shops.

When taking a shower, the water leaked from the bath area very easily onto the bathroom floor.

I loved the room, it was big and had nice utilities. The bathroom unexpectedly had a bathtub as we could not see if there was a bathtub in the pictures of the room. We had a great view of the airport and the sea and loved our stay in the hotel. It was also no issue to check in the day after because of a cancelled flight.

In the hallways you can hear everything when other people are 'having fun' so just beware. Those sounds did not reach into our room luckily!

pleasant stay, comfortable sleeping

it was a comfortable stay. free orderly car park was a plus. the staff were very helpful and nice. value for money. comfortable beds. the local area great for shopping and dining out.

the water pressure on the 16th floor didn’t make the shower work properly. it was OK with the handset but it was a bit inconvenient.
